Roadmap Update

Some time was spent this week updating dependencies in API and Web to ensure we are using the latest versions.

By James Lambie

This week we took the descision to remove Semantic Release from our core products. The automatic release of software to NPM is perfect for our smaller dependencies but doesn’t give us enough control over core product releases, especially when taking our planned roadmaps into account.

A lot of the development work in API has gone in to the upgrade-mongo-driver branch. We are moving from
the 1.4 branch of the MongoDB native driver, to the 2.2 branch.
